Ordered newest first.

September — Release gates and provenance

Eight certification gates with readable states, provenance captured as a change moves rather than reconstructed afterwards, rollback availability as a gate in its own right, and an audit trail that answers why a specific line exists.

August — Separation of duties

Distinct agent roles for implementation, review, security and QA, each with its own context and its own prompt, plus approval chains that can require a named person by change class rather than by blanket setting.

July — The policy engine

Human-readable rules stating action, outcome and reason on one line. Refusals recorded with the rule that caused them. A small set of actions refused at every configuration, including deletion of production data.

June — Typed change sets

Work expressed as enumerated operations instead of free-form edits, which made validation, authorisation, reversal and audit possible for the first time. Agents lost shell access in the same release, and nothing regressed.

May — Composition and the reuse ratio

Requirements resolved against the capability graph with reuse preferred, extension second and creation last, and the reuse ratio surfaced per strategy and per product so it could finally be argued about.

April — Portfolio scan

Read-only discovery of applications, APIs, entities and shared patterns across connected organisations, assembled into the first capability graph.
