About

Code assistants make engineers faster. Nobody governs the portfolio.

An assistant works inside one file, in one repository, for one engineer, with no memory of what the organisation already owns. It will help you write the fifth billing module beautifully. Foundariq exists one level above that — where strategy becomes architecture, architecture becomes reusable capability, and a portfolio gets cheaper to extend instead of more expensive.

What we believe

Six positions the product is built on.

The Blueprint is the product, not the code

What a product is — its capabilities, contracts, data and rules — outlives every framework it has ever been written in. Treating the code as the source of truth is why a rewrite costs what it costs.

A portfolio should reuse itself

Most organisations have already built authentication, billing, notifications and reporting four times. A system that cannot see what you own will cheerfully build the fifth. Reuse is not a virtue here; it is the default path.

Deterministic checks own correctness

Type checks, tests and contract checks either pass or they do not. A model reviewing its own output is a second opinion from the same mind. The validation gate is machinery, and it runs before anything reaches a person.

Autonomy without refusal is not governance

Software allowed to change your software needs limits written down before it acts, not guidelines weighed against a confidence score. Some actions are configurable; some are refused at every setting.

Provenance is captured, never reconstructed

Asking six months later why a line exists should be a lookup, not an investigation. Every shipped change carries its Blueprint version, its requirement, its agent, its model and its approver, recorded as it happened.

Speed that creates debt is not speed

Generating code quickly is easy and almost worthless. The hard part is generating code that the next change does not have to fight. That is an architecture problem, which is why this is an architecture product.

The shape of the bet

The fourth product should be the cheapest one.

If a portfolio is a library rather than a pile, each new product starts further along than the last. That is the whole thesis, and it is measurable.

Every organisation we have watched build software says it wants reuse. Almost none of them can say what their reuse ratio is. A number you cannot see is a number you cannot improve.

Each product makes the next one cheaper

  1. Product 1

    + Identity+ Billing+ Audit

  2. Product 2

    reuses 3+ CRM

  3. Product 3

    reuses 4+ Analytics

  4. Product 4

    reuses 5+ Consent

Stop managing prompts. Start managing software strategy.

Connect your repositories. Let Foundariq understand what you have already built. Then tell it what your portfolio should build next.
