This document is a working draft published for transparency about how the product is built. It has not completed legal review and is not a contract. The executed agreement for your account is the one you sign.

The service

Foundariq turns product strategy into Blueprints, composes reusable capabilities, executes engineering work autonomously and proposes changes to the repositories you connect, inside the policy you configure.

It is not a software agency and does not warrant that generated code is fit for any particular purpose. Every change it proposes arrives as a reviewable pull request in your own repository, and your team decides whether it merges.

Your code remains yours

You grant access through GitHub's own app installation flow and may revoke it at any time. Blueprints, capabilities, generated code and history belong to your account and remain in your repositories if you stop using the service.

Nothing is written to a default branch by the platform. Work lands on branches and is offered as a pull request.

Autonomy and responsibility

Autonomous execution runs only inside the policy and approval gates you configure. You are responsible for those settings and for the changes your team approves.

Deterministic validation — type checks, tests, contract checks, policy checks — gates every change. Passing those gates is not a substitute for your own review, and the product does not present it as one.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the lawfulness of what your portfolio does and for any licensing obligations attached to code you bring into it.

The product enforces the constraints you set. It does not review your software for regulatory compliance.

Availability and liability

Service levels, support commitments and limitations of liability are set in the agreement for your plan.

GitHub and model provider APIs change and occasionally fail. Where a dependency is unavailable, work queues and the account is notified rather than silently skipped.

Stop managing prompts. Start managing software strategy.

Connect your repositories. Let Foundariq understand what you have already built. Then tell it what your portfolio should build next.
