The plan exists before the first file is written.
An approved composition becomes an engineering plan. The work is broken into tasks in the order they can actually be done, with the dependencies made explicit: entities before the workflows that use them, workflows before the screens that expose them, a capability before the product that consumes it. Each task names what it changes, which capability it belongs to and which part of the Blueprint it came from. You read the plan and change it while changing it is still cheap.
Ordering is where autonomy usually breaks
An agent handed a whole feature at once builds screens against entities that shift underneath them. The plan fixes the sequence first, so each task starts from work that is already finished and reviewed.
Every task traces to the Blueprint
Tasks are derived from Blueprint elements, not from the wording of the instruction. When a reviewer asks why a task exists, the plan points at the entity, workflow or policy that required it.
Change the plan, not the pull request
Reordering tasks, dropping one or splitting another happens before any repository is touched. Correcting a plan is a conversation; correcting merged work is a migration.
In this capability
- Ordered task decomposition
- Explicit task dependencies
- Blueprint trace per task
- Plan approval before build

Strategy Analysis
The instruction is read against your portfolio first: what already exists, what extends, what has to be new.
Composition
Reuse before generating. Every requirement is searched against the portfolio first; only what nothing there can satisfy is designed as new.
Implementation
Coding agents work the plan in your repositories and open pull requests; independent review and policy checks decide what merges.
Deterministic Generation
Every build names the Blueprint version, generator, capability versions, policy profile and pinned dependencies behind it.
